This is the perfect option for couples who have got most of the planning sorted, but need someone to dedicate their time and attention to make sure that all of their hard work is made a reality. I will take over the rest of the planning 6 weeks before your day, meaning that you have just one point of contact in the run up to the wedding.
– Taking over supplier liaisons one month before your wedding day
– Finalising details
– Creating a detailed running order and other supporting documents
– Set up of the venue, including table set up
– Overseeing and running of the day, including ceremony support (music, timings etc), ensuring suppliers are arriving and setting up, discreetly dealing with any problems and just making sure you have an amazing day!
These support sessions are a great addition to the On The Day Coordination package, or as a stand alone service!
It can be really overwhelming planning a wedding by yourself, especially with so much conflicting information out there on the internet which can just add to the confusion. Using support sessions can help you to keep on track with the planning, keep things cohesive and take some of the stress away from you.
These support sessions can be booked by the hour and are used however you would like. Here’s a list of examples of how this can be used:

This one is for my fellow suppliers – I am available for venue management, specialising in dry hire venues and marquees or tipis. Whether it be regular or a one off, I can easily adapt to the venue and be confident to expertly coordinate weddings.
Working with any existing staff and suppliers already on board, I can help to make the day run smoothly, either as an extra helping hand or as a coordination service to provide your couples when they enquire about weddings.
